Nigiri Sushi

Inaho Sushi at Roof Top, Sky Park.

Following the visit to Sky Park, One City Subang, we had simple lunch at Inaho Sushi.

We arrived early thinking to enjoy the meal slowly, but we were bad luck enough to find that it only opens from 12pm. After spending about an hour at the Sky Park, we returned to the restaurant again as their first customers.

Beautiful and casual setting.

We were the first customers of the day.

The setting is simple, beautiful and cosy. The menu is extensive and price range is similar like Rakuzen, big sister of Sushi Zanmai.

A sushi yakizakana set comes with assorted sushi, yakizakana, chawanmushi and miso soup. What best is the customer get to choose salmon, saba or sanma for the fish and the preferred cooking method, whether it is shioyaki or teriyaki.

I had shioyaki salmon, it was fresh and tasty.

Set lunch - Sushi Yakizakana set at RM 33.

The sushi is something not to be missed at Inaho Sushi. The sushi rice was very good, it was vinegared, tasted light and just right.  Lovely! The generous thick slice of seafood with the vinegared rice was balanced and fresh.
